Purchased items will be shipped from Florida within 2-5 business days. Please allow up to 1 weeks from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA SHIPPING ONLY). If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order delivering (USA), please notify and provide your order number.
Currently, all products on our site are digital downloads. When you purchase a digital product:
1. You will receive a link to download your item.
2. These are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes.
We want you to be happy with what you purchased, so please contact us at heylittlesunshop@gmail.com if you have any issues with your order and we will work our hardest to solve the problem. All returns require approval within 30 days of the delivery date. Unauthorized returns will be refused. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
While our primary offering is digital products, we will soon expand our inventory to include physical products like books and art for the home. Additional terms related to shipping, returns, and damages will be added upon their release.
If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only).
All prices are as listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion. Payment must be made at the time of purchase.
Hey Little Sun is not responsible for shipping addresses that are incorrect or entered wrong at check out and will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted unless there is a technical issue with your order.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the HEYLITTLESUN.COM. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
A portion of our sales (currently 25%) goes towards supporting The Sylas Project, our initiative to promote water safety. By purchasing from our site, you are contributing to this noble cause.
