Purchased items will be shipped from Florida within 2-5 business days. Please allow up to 1 weeks from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA SHIPPING ONLY). If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order delivering (USA), please notify and provide your order number.
We want you to be happy with what you purchased, so please contact us at heylittlesunshop@gmail.com if you have any issues with your order and we will work our hardest to solve the problem. All returns require approval within 30 days of the delivery date. Unauthorized returns will be refused. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only).
Hey Little Sun is not responsible for shipping addresses that are incorrect or entered wrong at check out and will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address.
